How I work
I will tell you what I think. You are hiring judgment, not agreement. If the strategy is the problem and not the message, I will say so early, while it is still cheap to fix.
Nothing important stays in my head. You own the plans, language, reasoning, and the record. That is what accountability looks like in this work.
Principal-led. Your account is led by me, and it stays that way. When an engagement needs more hands, I bring in trusted specialists in design, technical content, and media relations, and you meet them before they start.
I work well with your lawyers. Most of what I do sits next to disclosure, privilege, or regulation. I have spent years in rooms with general counsel and heads of government relations, and I know where the line is.
